Accounts must contain accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the lawfulness of the data you provide.

Either party may terminate the service; monthly fees stop at the end of the current billing period and setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

We collect account details, onboarding answers, and service activity in order to deliver the managed service.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. AUTONOMOUS never stores card data.

We do not sell personal data. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.

AUTONOMOUS provides AI software, automation, and managed technology services.

AI outputs may be inaccurate and require review.

AUTONOMOUS does not guarantee revenue, sales, profits, cost savings or business outcomes.

External actions may require customer approval. Outreach is prepared for review and is not sent without permission.

Setup includes workflow design and configuration of the agents included in your plan.

The monthly fee covers operation, monitoring and monthly optimization of your configured workflows.

Usage limits and included agents are defined by your plan. Additional scope is quoted separately.

Setup fees are charged once at checkout. Monthly fees recur until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments may pause service until resolved.

You can cancel or update payment details at any time from the billing page. Receipts are issued by Stripe.

No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or spam activity, and no use that violates a third party's rights.

No use of the service to make legal, medical or financial commitments on your behalf.

AUTONOMOUS may suspend accounts that breach this policy.
